What time should I order to get same-day delivery?
Phone or message us before 11am to lock in same-day local delivery. After 11am we’ll usually push to the next delivery day.

What’s the minimum spend for delivery?
$60 before any delivery fee. The fee depends on your suburb and order size; phone us for an exact quote.

Which suburbs do you deliver to?
Mount Pleasant, Brentwood, Applecross, Ardross, Booragoon, Myaree, Alfred Cove, Attadale, Melville, Bull Creek, Bateman, Winthrop, Kardinya, Shelley, Rossmoyne, Riverton, Leeming, and Willetton. Can I order a fruit or grazing platter for an event?
Yes. Built grazing platters and fruit platters available in small (4 people), medium (6–8) and large (10+). Order a day ahead where possible.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?
We carry a range of vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free options across our produce, deli and catering platters. Phone us a day ahead for catering quantities so we can confirm what’s available.

Are your products organic?
We carry both: clearly-labelled certified organic produce, and conventional WA-grown produce we know personally. Ask the team if you’re after a specific organic line.

Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes. Wheelchair-accessible front entrance and parking lot. Let us know if we can help with anything inside.

Can I do contactless pickup?
Yes. Phone or message your order, we’ll have it ready at the counter or just outside on request.

What if something arrives below standard?
Phone us; we’ll replace it or refund. We’d rather hear the moment something isn’t right than have you not come back.

Do you take orders in person?
Always. Drop in. We’ll pack it while you wait or hold it for collection later.

Is there a card surcharge?
A small card-payment surcharge applies. It’s the bank fee, passed on at cost. Cash is welcome if you’d rather skip it. We waive the surcharge entirely on ANZAC Day each year as a small thank-you to the community.

Can I set up a regular weekly order?
Yes. Phone us to set up a standing weekly basket. We’ll have it packed and ready for collection or delivery on your chosen day. Easy to pause or adjust any week.

Do you deliver outside your listed suburbs?
If you’re just outside the line, phone us. We can often still help. The further out, the earlier we need the order, but we’ll always try to work something out.

What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and contactless tap. A small card surcharge applies (bank fee passed on at cost). We waive the surcharge entirely on ANZAC Day.
